We will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to Langa (meaning ‘Sun’ in Xhosa), one of Cape Town’s oldest townships. Named after a respected chief Langalibalele, a renowned rainmaker imprisoned on Robben Island in 1873, the township is named after him. You will be introduced to the local site tour guide by your driver upon arrival in this township. You will enjoy the opportunity to interact with locals during a short walking tour (0.5 miles or less than a kilometer).

ITINERARY
We will pick you up from the airport only if you are on a multi-day tour or safari. For day tours, this is not included.
The pick-up will take place at 9:00 am at your Cape Town accommodation. We are flexible, so if you have a preferred pick-up time, please let us know when booking. We will take a tour of Cape Town after picking you up at your accommodation. We will see historical monuments and buildings along the way. On the way back, we’ll stop in the Bo-Kaap neighborhood for a photo opportunity with colorful houses that have a lot of historical significance. You might get the chance to meet locals if they’re in sight. Located on the edge of the city center, the Bo-Kaap is a neighborhood built in the 1760s to rent out to slaves. Malaysians, Indonesians, and Africans were brought here to work in the Cape.
We drive towards Camps Bay after our fascinating experience in the Bo-Kaap, stopping at Maiden’s Cove to take photos overlooking Camps Bay. Explore the South African version of the French Riviera. A photo taken at this Cove is always breathtaking, so we call it the Kodak moment. There are also several international stars who reside in this world-class Bay-like suburb with palm tree-lined promenades. Cape Town’s Camps Bay offers magnificent white sand beaches, trendy cocktail bars, and amazing ocean views if you are looking for a destination with these qualities. In the area surrounding Camps Bay, there are quiet beaches such as Clifton 1, 2, 3, and 4. Take advantage of the photo opportunities at Maiden’s Cove. Water on this magnificent beach is a bit cold due to the Atlantic Benguela current.
We continue our journey along the picturesque coastline until we reach the charming harbor of Hout Bay. There is an opportunity for guests to take a boat to Seal Island in order to observe the Seals, or they can shop at the market. When the ocean is calm, Hout Bay’s seal island is a wonderful experience not to be missed. The experience will last approximately an hour and there will also be a market where you can bargain for souvenirs or gifts. We do not recommend this activity when the sea conditions are not favorable.). You can order takeaway fish and chips or dine at Mariner’s Wharf Restaurant. For more information, please ask your tour guide.
Our tour begins in Hout Bay with a drive to Chapman’s Peak, where we stop for spectacular photography at the viewpoint. A scenic route as spectacular as Chapman’s Peak is not surprising.
The tour continues along the coast, stopping at Noordhoek for a breathtaking view of Noordhoek and Long Beach. A delicious cup of coffee brewed by the Village Roast will be available for travellers to purchase on their own.
There is also the option for guests to stop at Cape Point Vineyards for wine tasting. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and the ocean in the distance, cool air from the sea makes for a long-growing season and late harvest, creating a Sauvignon Blanc with rich minerality, structure, and tone that is internationally renowned. Highly recommended is a picnic lunch overlooking the man-made dam or a sit-down lunch in their restaurant.
Thousands of endangered tuxedo swimmer penguins can be found at Boulders Beach penguin colony! The beach offers the perfect opportunity to see flightless birds up close and take close-up photos. Boulders Beach Penguin Colony is home to approximately 2500 African Penguins, and you may even encounter one while walking along the boardwalk.
We will return via the Old Cape Road, offering views of False Bay Visit the colourful wooden beach cabanas at Muizenberg Beach front. It lies between Muizenberg and Kalk Bay along the False Bay coast in Cape Town, South Africa. There are rocky shores and steep mountains in this suburban area, which measures about 200m by 2km. St James Catholic Church is the origin of its name. We can either hike to Cape Point or take the Funicular from the Cape of Good Hope. We will also explore the most south-western point of Africa, known as Cape Point, where the cold Benguela current from the Atlantic Ocean meets the warm Agulhas current from the Indian Ocean. As a culmination of our tour, we will visit the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point Lighthouse. Our goal here is to explore the crosses of Dias & Vasco Da Gama. Cape Town was founded by these two gentlemen in 1487 & 1495. Your guide will be able to assist you if you wish to hike. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring sunblock, a jersey or jacket, and a hat. Don’t forget to take your iconic photo behind the Cape of Good Hope name board.
Drop off will be in Cape Town at your given address or hotel.
