ITINERARY
In the case of multi-day tours and safaris, you will be collected from the airport, not in the case of a day tour.
We will travel through Cape Town and see historical monuments and buildings after picking you up at your accommodation. We’ll then stop in the Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter) for a photo opportunity with colorful houses. If any locals are in sight, you might be able to greet them. Its origins date back to the 1760s when numerous rental houses were constructed and leased out to slaves at the foot of Signal Hill. Cape Malays were brought to the Cape from Malaysia, Indonesia, and other parts of Africa to work. According to the story, the color choice was a result of having to paint all the houses white while on lease. In recognition of their freedom, the slave owners painted all their houses bright colors when the rule was eventually lifted and they were allowed to own property.
We drive towards Camps Bay after our fascinating experience in the Bo-Kaap, stopping at Maiden’s Cove for photo opportunities. Find out what makes the South African Riviera so special. Our Kodak moments always take place at this Cove, due to the amazing photos we take there. There are a number of international and local celebrities who flock to this world-class Bay-like suburb, which is also known for its palm tree-lined promenade. A trip to Camps Bay in Cape Town is definitely worth it if you are looking for white sand beaches, fashionable cocktail bars, and amazing ocean views. Camps Bay has quiet beaches such as Clifton 1, 2, 3, and 4. Make sure you stop at Maiden’s Cove for photos. There is a slight chill in the water of this magnificent beach due to the Atlantic Benguela current.
We continue our journey along the picturesque coastline to Hout Bay Harbour. There are two options for guests here: boat rides to Seal Island and shopping at the market. Hout Bay’s Seal Island is a beautiful experience not to be missed when the ocean is calm. We will spend approximately an hour here exploring this activity and there is also a market where you can bargain for gifts and souvenirs. (We do not recommend this experience during unfavorable weather conditions.) You can enjoy takeaway fish & chips or dine at Mariner’s Wharf Restaurant. For more information, please ask your tour guide.
In Hout Bay, we drive along Chapman’s Peak and stop at a viewpoint for spectacular photos. The scenic nature of Chapman’s Peak makes it one of the world’s most popular routes.
Continuing our coastal journey, we stop at Noordhoek, where we can see Noordhoek and Long Beach below. Guests will be able to enjoy some of Cape Town’s best coffee at their own expense at the Village Roast.
Cape Point Vineyards offers guests the opportunity to stop for wine tasting. Known worldwide for its minerality, structure, and tone, the Sauvignon Blanc winery is surrounded by vineyards and is surrounded by views of the ocean. Cool breezes from the sea make for a slow-growing season, as does a late harvest, resulting in a truly unique Sauvignon Blanc. I highly recommend having a sit-down lunch in their restaurant or a picnic lunch overlooking the man-made dam.

A penguin colony at Boulders Beach is home to thousands of endangered tuxedo swimmers, the African penguin! Our flightless birds can be seen close up here on the beach when you walk along the shore. On Boulders Beach Penguin Colony’s boardwalk, you might even see one of these enchanting sea creatures walking next to you. The colony is currently home to approximately 2500 African Penguins
